Nokia N810. This model improves on Nokia N800 by integrating a GPS receiver with Wayfinder GPS navigation software, better bluetooth, audio, and video features. Of course the other biggest improvement is the slide out qwerty keyboard which makes typing URLs a whole lot easier.
Other features and specs include a 4.13″ display with 800×480 resolution, Wi-Fi, Mozilla based browser with Ajax and Adobe Flash 9 support, and memory that is expandable upto 10GB.
Nokia N810 will be available in mid November and cost about $480.

N800 internet tablet early next year. Intel is also in this with their Baxter Peak WiMax chip, making use of the WiMax service Sprint will make available in select cities.
These next-generation N series will also contain an integrated GPS chip unlike earlier models which were navigation capable but did not integrated its own GPS. There are also rumors that Nokia will also introduce N800’s without WiMAX but only GPS. Will keep an eye on this and keep you updated…
via6 Comments »Nokia N81 with GPSPublished on September 19th, 2007 in gps navigation, nokia Nokia N81 just made it through FCC meaning it will hit the U.S. market very soon. The specs of N81 were leaked months ago back in May which revealed that it would include an integrated GPS receiver.
Other features of the device are Wi-Fi, 5MP camera, Bluetooth, 8GB of memory, and much more. We’ll be following N81 closely.

Nokia. This bluetooth GPS receiver goes well with N series with its slim body but can connect to any compatible mobile device. LD-4W only weighs 31 grams and can last up to 10 hours on a single charge. The black and metallic body has an LED indicator to alert you to GPS activation, power and battery status, and Bluetooth connectivity status.
LD-4W is available all around the world for about 125€.

Nokia 500. Nokia 500 has a wide 4.3″ touch screen, bluetooth feature so you can take calls on your bluetooth phone hands free, and FM transmitter so you can listen to your audio files on your car’s stereo.
Nokia 500 is also capable of receiving live traffic info which can be displayed on the split screen in addition to other details that may help during your journey. It also does text-to-speech which currently is only supported on high end GPS devices.
Nokia 500 will be available in Europe fourth quarter of this year for 300€ ($410). We can’t wait for this to be available in the U.S. We’ll be sure to let you know when that happens…

LD-4W, a new
bluetooth GPS module which just made it through FCC regulations. People who were interested in adding GPS navigation functionality to their Nokia (or other brand) smartphones will find LD-4W to be very useful.
LD-4W is expected to replace the older model
LD-3W which we talked about back in February 2007.
We have no information on pricing but it should be released in U.S. soon as that’s the case for gadgets that make it through FCC…

Here are the made up specs for this made up phone:
